Purpose and characteristics
The HR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston push and continuous operation filtration centrifuge. It completes all operational processes at full speed, such as feeding, separation, washing, drying, and unloading. Suitable for the separation of concentrated suspensions containing medium particles in crystalline or short fiber form (crystal particle size - mm short fiber size within mm), widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, fertilizer, salt production, pharmaceuticals, food, and light industry.
The HR series centrifuge has traditional advantages such as automatic continuous operation (feeding, belt filter, washing, drying, slag discharge), high production capacity, low and uniform power consumption, no peak load, compact structure, fast drying, good corrosion resistance, smooth operation, small vibration, not easy to break grain, washable filter residue, etc. In addition, it also has the characteristics of high filter residue production, high solid recovery rate, low filter residue moisture content, and low energy consumption. And the components that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel solenoid valve steel (usually 304 or 316L material, special orders can use titanium or duplex steel), so the corrosion resistance is good. This series of centrifuges is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, salt production, pharmaceutical, food, military and other sectors, especially suitable for dehydration and solid-liquid separation of solid suspensions containing crystals or short fibers (crystal particle size of 0.1-10mm, short fibers within 30mm). Examples of application materials: sodium chloride, sodium dichromate, ammonium sulfate, boric acid, acetate fiber, nitrocellulose PVC、 Potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium carbonate, phosphate, p-nitroaniline, baking soda, vacuum salt, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate (potassium sulfate, manganese sulfate), urea, boric acid, borax, potassium sulfate, manganese sulfate, ferrous sulfate, potassium chlorate, coal, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride, sodium cyanide, nickel sulfate, nitrocellulose, oxalic acid, phosphate, sea salt, methyl cellulose, plastics ABS、 Resin and other products.
This series of centrifuges is suitable for separating suspensions of crystalline or fibrous materials, especially for materials that need to be washed inside the machine. But it requires stable feeding concentration and uniform feeding. The solid content of the suspension is 35-60%, the average particle size of the solid phase is 0.2-3mm (materials with particle size of 0.08-0.2mm can be separated by changing the sieve gap), the suspension temperature does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dry residue after separation and spin drying can reach a dryness of over 90%. Generally, the dryness is around 95% (moisture content ≤ 5%).
